NEW MACHINERY
Hawk Group have continued their ongoing investment program by placing an order with Marubeni Komatsu for £8 million of new machinery.
New machinery includes
8 new Komatsu D61 and D65 Dozers
1 Komatsu PC88 Roadliner c/w Offset Boom Excavator
10 New Komatsu PC130 Excavators
5 New Komatsu PC228 23 tonne Zero TailSwing Excavators
1 New Komatsu PC290 Excavators
8 New Komatsu PC350 Excavators (New model 35 Tonne Machine)
10 New Komatsu PC450 Excavators
Other recent investments also include
8 New Komatsu HM400 40 tonne articulated dumptrucks
6 New Komatsu Loading Shovels ranging from WA380 to WA480 size
New hydraulic and demolition attachments including
Furakawa Hydraulic Shears and a Hydraulic Muncher
Furakawa F100 hydraulic hammer weighing 7 tonnes suitable for fitting to a Komatsu 60 to 100 tonne excavator
Furakawa F70 hydraulic hammer weighing 4.5 tonnes suitable for fitting to a Komatsu 45 to 70 tonne excavator
All machines are to the highest specification, and will enable us to ensure we are providing the highest quality equipment to our customers, so they are able to achieve their productivity needs with the minim mum amount of downtime.

The new purchases have replaced a number of used machines which have been sold to customers through out the world through Hawk Plant Sales.
Some of the equipment has been utilized on our new contract at the former Longbridge car factory in Birmingham, other machines will be used to meet customer demands throughout the UK.
