The Hawk Group

Hawk is please to announce the opening of a London office to improve their service offering in London and the South East of England. The new office located in Leyton,  East London provides a base for Jonathan Carter and Les Hanmer to meet new business needs from our expanding customer base.

We are also pleased to announce the re-opening of a Scottish office to meet demands of customers in Scotland.  We have always had a strong customer base in Scotland and through renewing our focus with the range of projects due to start in the New Year; we feel we are ideally placed to increase our business in this area.

Our group consists of businesses ranging from hire of construction and agricultural equipment, car hire and sales, training services, to the construction of quality new homes and refurbishment of commercial and residential property.

We are a diversified group of companies, with the common goal of working to ensure our customer’s needs are met.

The group turnover for 2007 has reached £50 million and employ in excess of 500 people.

Recent developments within the Hawk Group include:

• Launch of Hawk Site Facilities – offering site accommodation units to customers throughout the UK.
• Joint venture with Topcon, enabling Hawk to provide equipment fitted with GPS and laser control, providing huge cost savings to our customers
• Additional remediation work won by Hawk Contracts. Now one of the largest remediation contractors in the UK
• Refurbishment of Hawkins Motors showroom and workshops creating a first class customer facility.
• £7 million of used equipment sold by Hawk Plant Sales in 2007 making it one of the largest used plant sales companies in the UK.
